We invite candidates to apply for our Coordinator of Financial Aid position. The Coordinator of Financial Aid serves as the front line point of contact for the South Lake Financial Aid Office (meeting in person, phones and emails) and provides assistance to students and parents in regards to the financial aid process and procedures. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining financial aid documentation, ISIR compare report, reviewing C Flags and processing student verifications. Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core value of Service Excellence; respect, competence, responsiveness, and collaboration in all interactions.



QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associate’s degree required. B.A. or B.S. degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year of financial aid experience or two years of relevant higher education experience. Two years of Banner/Ellucian
experience preferred. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
